To prepare a meeting, create and name a new agenda, add each event of the meeting, then add cues at specific time intervals to make sure each event flows as planned. An event can automatically be divided into equal time intervals based on the number of meeting participants to ensure equal time for everyone.

Once created, a Meeting Miracle agenda can be emailed to the participants for viewing or the data file can be opened in Meeting Miracle on another device.
